In her role, Hollie-Rae drives Aspire's editorial content across print, digital, and events. This includes moderating and presenting Aspire’s Leaders of Luxury conference and the esteemed Aspire Awards, as well as presenting at wider industry events.

Starting at Travel Weekly in 2013 as a junior writer, Hollie-Rae swiftly climbed the ranks to become Aspire's editor in 2016. Her journalistic roots include The Ipswich Star and the East Anglian Daily Times.
