Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting sales processes while ensuring a smooth and structured workflow.

In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to travel and be on site support for our operational team during our event series, which take place across the world. A passion for travel industry is a must.

Team Structure: 
Working in a sales team of six and overall team of twenty two.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration
  • • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.
  • • Maintain and organize sales records for quick access to critical information.
  • • Support the team in processing contracts and invoices, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
  • • Assist in organizing sales-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.

CRM & Data Management
  • • Update and maintain Connections Luxury's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
  • • Generate reports and insights from CRM to track performance and forecast sales trends.
  • • Ensure all sales-related data is properly recorded and easily accessible.

Client & Account Management
  • • Manage selected client accounts, providing updates on upcoming events and community initiatives.
  • • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • • Support follow-ups on leads, prospects, and existing clients to enhance engagement when required.

Lead Generation & Business Development
  • • Identify and generate leads to pass on to the sales team, ensuring clearly defined targets are met.
  • • Keep up to date with market developments, identifying and researching new growth opportunities.
  • • Contribute to the expansion of the Connections portfolio by identifying potential opportunities and business partners.

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
  • • Identify opportunities to enhance sales efficiency through improved processes.
  • • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and events, to streamline communication and support sales operations.
  • • Assist in training new team members on sales tools and procedures.
  • • Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless delivery of commitments.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • • Some experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles, ideally within luxury travel, events, or a related industry would be a plus
    • Basic understanding of the sales cycle, CRM systems, and account management best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong relationship-building skills to support both sales team members and client accounts.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving internal processes.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, buyer recruitment and operations.
    • A self-starter attitude with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and ways to enhance efficiency.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
